Shipping Scope & Exclusions

Printful does not ship to certain regions due to legal or carrier restrictions, including:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk regions (Ukraine)

Multiple Shipments & Packaging Rules

  • Some items are always shipped separately due to packaging constraints—these include hats, mugs, posters, pillows, stickers, backpacks, and similar items.

  • If your order includes items from different fulfillment locations (e.g., EU vs. US), they may also ship in separate packages.

Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)

Printful calculates EDT using the formula:

Customs and Fees

  • Orders shipped across regions may incur customs or handling fees, which vary by order value and destination country.

  • To minimize these fees, ensure fulfillment from a facility closer to the customer’s location. This is managed automatically via the "region" setting in your Printful dashboard. Printful

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If a shipment is delayed beyond the EDT, Printful recommends waiting a couple more days before contacting support.
